The pics of the room looks nice. But when you actually get there you can tell that the rooms been ran through for countless tourist use. Room was movie themed. But all the appliances were probably bought 15 years ago and never been replaced. The hotel was scary to enter. Felt like I was going to slip and hurt myself after the tub is filled. I recommended to put the rubber Matt in first before getting in. The breakfast was really good. Best hotel croissants I've ever had. I chose the ham and Swiss one. Nice and crispy. The egg casserole/ quich3 was nice. If I had to chose the main thing I did not like it is the parking. Guaranteed that place had countless people hitting and scraping their cars. Very tight and enclosed and an more accidents waiting to happen then you can shake a stick at.

You do not need to bring chairs, bikes, boogie boards or towels. The hotel provides everything you need including, all the ice cream and pie your heart desires.

What an Amazing weekend we had at Avila Beach. We went for our Anniversary and were so delighted with every single interaction with the staff. The location of this property could not have been better. We slept with the door open and the sound of ocean waves sang us to sleep. The view was amazing.
