The property was rented to two parties for the same date.Fortunately for us, the host had allowed us to check in early and we were already in the house when the other party arrived.The other party was able to make other arrangements through the other on-line rental company and were gracious enough to not contest the issue.Our stay was not affected, however, the outcome could have been quite difficult.We believe this was a mix up due to marketing the property on multiple sites. VRBO may consider whether this practice should be allowed within the franchise.

This property was absolutely stunning, if you like a stay with lots of light this is for you. The open concept of the home is amazing, then you walk into the view which is breathtaking. The host was such a pleasure to communicate with, my family enjoyed ourselves very much. We cannot wait to stay again in the near future, it was such a relaxing little getaway from the noise we are used to.

Pet friendly.Perhaps mention the coyotes in the area to make sure guests keep their pets safe.

We had a great time and the owner was very responsive to questions upon arrival which was very much appreciated. The main bed was quite comfortable, the rainfall shower in a cramped shower space was difficult to navigate. The outside of the house is quite worn and could use some fresh paint and repairs. The pillows in the master bedroom were all very hard (no mixes for different sleeping needs). The kitchen had basics but I wouldn’t plan on cooking there (no great knives, pot had a rust stain, hodgepodge of dishes.). Hallway bathroom door very difficult to shut and stay shut. Cupboards were askew. For $$$/night I’m not sure it’s worth it.
