There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

The location is wonderful. But so disapointed that the pool not heated. Unit not really completely ready for occupancy. Bathtub/shower so difficult to turn on. Maintence guy needed to help. Shower curtain disgusting. However, building mgr arranged for a new one to be delivered the very next day. Black ring around underside of toilet rim. Balcony door stuck. Maintenance guy cleaned the track and then it was operational. He replaced tv remote control batteries too. Then tv worked. Thermostat batteries also required replacing (flashed the whole time). Other cleanliness issues, i.e. dirty around door and cupboard knobs. Bed very comfortable. That was a plus.

The Condo was very easy to navigate to. Close to Shopping & Groceries. Our condo was very quaint. We enjoyed the quietness and relaxed atmosphere. We took advantage of the free trolley service. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable weekend getaway. Just what we were looking for.

First, let me start by saying that the owner of the condominium was gracious enough to give us a refund. On our very first and only morning, there was heavy construction in the condominium adjacent to us. Our condominium owner did not realize it that was about to take place that day. We had to take pictures, though, to show the owner of our condominium the scope and nature of the refurbishing project taking place. The construction workers were noisy and they also took all of our parking spaces along with a lot of other inconveniences. After a few phone calls with the owner and property manager explaining to them our disappointment in the scenario, we were able to resolve it from the standpoint of getting our money back. I'm sure the owner and property manager meant well and they were caught off guard by the owner of the condominium next door. As far as the room itself goes, I would say they should refurbish some of the furniture such as the couch and easy chair which looked a bit worn and soiled. It is a good location, and overall a decent condominium.

Great location. Very nice unit right on the beach. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and grocery/drug stores. Right on the bus line. Unit is well stocked. We would definitely return.

Only downside is that you are beside the public beach. It gets crowded and loud especially on weekends. Place is old but clean. Pool is a bonus.

This place was the perfect place for my stay on AMI! It was walking distance to everything (restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, hardware, ice cream, etc.). Conveniently located near the public beach (Manatee Park) which is always full of energy (and has good beach food and live music. A short stroll down the white sand beach leaves you in wonderful solitude, if that is more your thing. The unit itself, while dated, had everything I needed. Clean and spacious with a private balcony for morning coffee it also offers a nice, small and very private cooling off pool for after the activities of the day. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved how close it was to the public beach/dining options. It was awesome that it had beach chairs for our use. We didn't really use the kitchen except for the fridge but it was nice to have. The pool wasn't very clean, which wasn't a problem for us as we just hung out at the beach and swam in the ocean.

We enjoyed our stay here. So close to the beach, easy parking and a cute little pool. Place was well equipped and clean. Def dated as mentioned before, but no big deal. Was missing a blanket for the pullout but we made due with what was there and what we have. We really appreciated the beach towels that were provided. Would stay here again.

The property had amazing access to the beach and a lovely pool area. This condo was perfect for our family. Some of the cleanliness was a little underwhelming but nothing that could not be handled. The property manager was swift to help when we have an issue with the TV and a lamp. We will be back next summer.

Wonderful location so close to the beach yet out of the way. The size of the overall facility (8 units) a perfect size. The deck and pool are very nice and provides additional privacy. Our unit was clean and an ideal sized space for my wife and me. Could easily handle two couples but we enjoyed the space. An ideal location coming into and leaving the beach area of Holmes. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect cozy spot for a family with two little kids. The setup of the condo is - One bedroom (comfy) couch (comfortable), cot (less than comfy, would request for it to be switched out for something like a foam mattress). Close to the beach, the cafe on the beach, Publix, CVS. Will return again. Very easy stay.
