Service was always efficient and appropriate. Room was very comfortable, spacious, good climate control and dark out shades. Nice and quiet. Superbly convenient location to tram across the street and subway at the end of the block. Plenty of restaurant choices within 3-10 minute walk.

Excellent hotel in terms of interior design and professionalism of the reception desk employees and room service

The breakfast is served in a restaurant inside the hotel bulding, but looks to be subcontracted to an external organization. One of the waiters was quite rude, never smiled and served us without the appropriate customer attention for a 5 stars hotel. Also the breakfast menu is quite convoluted, if you just like some ham, you need to order a platter with smoked salmon and salad. Homemade jam is listed in the menu but is not available. Orange jam is not available even in the small single-use jam jars you can find staked on a desk.
