Objekt je smješten u krasnoj vec izvana zgradi sa dostupnim parkingom, pogledom na more i luku. Cijela smještajna jedinica je izrazito velika, komotna, sa velikim open space prostorom, izrazito velikom i izvrsno opremljenom kuhinjom, blagovaonom i velikim udobnim dnevnim boravom sa ugodnim foteljama, velikim tv-om. Spavace sobe velike, udobnih kreveta. Funkcionalni prostor za pranje i sušenje rublja u jedinici, a odvojeno u svojoj prostoriji. Položaj na par minuta do centra grada, sve na pješačkoj udaljenosti.
U ulaznom dijelu nedostaju vješalice za odložiti / objesiti jakne, kao i element/mjesto za odložiti cipele.
Kupaonica bi u nekim rubovima trebala biti čišća.

L’emplacement était bien et l’appartement très propre. La literie était très confortable.
Une seule salle de bain, insuffisant pour 6 personnes. Les rideaux aux fenêtres ne sont pas obscurcissant vu les lumières à l’extérieur.

Sehr gute Lage, sauber.
Tumbler und Waschmaschine vorhanden.
Küche war recht gut ausgestattet.
TV mit Netflix.
Zu wenig Abfalleimer (im Bad).
