It was beautiful. Peaceful and fun for our family. Staff were so kind and helpful despite the language barrier. The lantern ceremony was lovely. Breakfast and dinner and bar were well stocked and plentiful. The pajamas to wear were a fun touch. The property was lovely. The Yunessen was a fun experience.
The note for other guests: it is a little far from the city center. We knew that before we booked and were fine with that, it added to the peace and quiet of our stay. We arranged transportation and guides ahead of time since taxis can be hard to get to that area short notice.

Private onsen experience was great. Location was great too once we worked out where we were in relation to everything.
Some staff were a little rigid and not as friendly as other hotels. Rooms were in the smaller side. Buffet breakfast was decent if that’s your thing. Prefer to eat elsewhere though. Extra charge for child was a surprise that wasn’t explained on site prior to booking.
