Location, comfort of the room, quality of the service, cultural show, breakfast buffet
Dinner was average. There is clearly room for improvement. We had far better meals in more basic homestays

Isaias was very friendly and welcoming. The property is well kept and in a beautiful location!! Breakfast was also packed up for us before our early morning trek!

This is a great spot, very convenient for activities in Nyungwe National Park, like chimp trekking. Moses was truly exceptional and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed, including packing my breakfast to go for an early departure. He's very knowledgeable about the area for any questions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious. The water cooler in the room is a nice touch, and I wonder why more hotels don't have that. I loved the restaurant. The pumpkin ginger soup is one of the best I've had.
I wish I had a bit more time as the grounds were really beautiful but I just had a quick overnight stay.

The staff were friendly and assisted with checking in and moving bags to the room and back. This is an important point due to the terrain of that place especially if you have heavy bags and not very fit.
Overall room experience was a bit sub-par. Breakfast eggs were well over-cooked. Water pressure in the room was poor, despite having a room in the lowest part of the facility.
