Nestled in Glendale, this lovely house for $153 per night is a great option for your next break. Enjoy our family home with yours! Close to all main freeways, Westgate, Outlet stores, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, Golf, and all things AZ. Relax in our spacious rooms that sleep up to 10 people. 3 bedrooms that sleep 6, and with 2 Queen high-rise air mattresses, you can add 4 people in the den. Sit and relax with backyard patios, a BBQ area/firepit, a Pool lounging area, and seating with a gas fire pit. Another patio with a big screen TV with comfortable sofas. Enjoy your coffee on the patio with seating for 4, enjoy the sun, or use the umbrella for shade. Lush green lawn for kids and animals to play. Enclosed fenced heated play pool 3' 5 ' 4 ' . Heated on request with an additional fee. The fee is to be added when the guest requests to heat the pool. Inform the host 48 hours before arrival. $200 for the first night and $100 for each additional night. Relax and play some volleyball and enjoy the pool toys and floats. Pets allowed. $25 per animal, per night. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar and all the tools you will need to cook a great meal for family and friends. As you enter the home, watch your step as you step down into the living room with a pool table and large TV. Enjoy movies in the den with a 72-inch TV and a kiddie corner with toys & games. The den is spacious with a desk and electric fireplace for your enjoyment. Additional kid furniture is available on request. Parking for 4 cars + in the private driveway.

We were very impressed with how spacious and cozy the home is. Our bulldog loved the patio for morning sunbathing, the backyard stayed cool thanks to the tree and curtains. The house is close to the stadiums and the family we were visiting. Wish we spent more time there, we did enjoy early swims and playing pool. I was very pleased with our stay. Denise is a great host with a great home. Communication was great and quick. The house was stocked with a lot of essential which made the house feel like home. If we are ever needing to stay in the area again we will definitely stay at this home.

Our grandson graduated from GCU, family came from all over, the back patio pool and pool table were great hits. FYI…..The only concern was the step down at front door, we had someone fall and several people almost fell. Maybe a paint strip or different tile would help you to notice the step down. When we were sitting outside, we noticed some birds going into the hole above the outdoor thermometer. There are two holes that the screen is pushed in. Otherwise, it was a lovely home.

Centrally located. Convenient to stadiums, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. You will never have to fight over the TV since there is one in every bedroom as well as the patio. The bidet was a nice bonus in the master bathroom. Lots of outdoor seating near and around the pool. Would definitely rent this VRBO again. 😀

House was wonderfully setup and so many details covered that are above and beyond typical expectations for a vacation rental. Thank you sharing your awesome little spot! Easy in and out of town, 20-30 minutes from almost everything we were looking for in Phoenix.
