Nestled in Medford, this attractive condo for $100 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Newly remodeled and furnished! This studio apartment is solar-powered and uses high-efficiency appliances, cotton linens, and eco-friendly products whenever possible. We do a two-step cleaning/sanitizing process to guard against the spread of illness. Entry and use is private; you never have to interact with anyone in-person if you don’t want to. We are located in the heart of the famous Rogue Valley. Stay with us while you pursue adventure: - Rafting and/or Fishing the Rogue River - Hiking and/or mountain biking any of the hundreds of miles of trails, including sections of the Pacific Crest Trail - Visiting Crater Lake National Park - Touring/Tasting in Wine Country and local Craft Breweries - Exploring scenic forests, mountains, lakes, rivers, waterfalls, and hillsides - Attending the Britt Festival in Jacksonville, the Shakespeare Festival in Ashland, the Pear Blossom Festival in Medford, the Boatnik Festival in Grants Pass, or other local events - Tasting world famous cheese at the Rogue Creamery and chocolate at Lille Belle - Toward the West Coast and Redwoods (2 hours away on Redwoods Highway) - Skiing or snowboarding on Mt. We really appreciated all the attention to detail and extra amenities. We were half way through a 10 day vacation, the washer and dryer were much appreciated. I wish we had one more night so we could have used the patio with fire pit.

Super sweet, cute studio for a quick one night stay. Several extra kitchen amenities including hot pot, coffee press, pot, and hot plate. Super clean facility and comfortable bed! Great communication with the owner. We will return when we are in the area.

The Sunshine Studio was perfect for a one night stay (twice with in 9 days!) while we traveled to a family wedding. Very clean with a super comfy bed and well equipped basic kitchenette and bath/shower. The only thing I would change and might influence me staying there again is the lack of a bathroom door- there is a portable rattan screen available. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect for my husband and I, super cute and comfortable. The only things missing were a tv and bathroom door. But neither are important enough to keep us away, we will definitely stay here again if in the area.

I would stay there again. Very cute and clean. Only negative, is it would have been nice to have more opaque window drapes. Also, the blue light on the air conditions was really bright. Overall, very comfortable and very good value. FYI, thank you for the warning about the GPS confusion issue, first time I went there it took me right to it, but the second time I must have typed address in a bit differently and it took me somewhere else, but not too far away.

My daughter and I stayed there when we went to watch a couple of plays in Ashland. It was such a cozy and clean place! The host provided everything that we needed. We felt safe and comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Centrally located in a quiet, safe neighborhood—everywhere we went was no more than a 10 minute drive away, including our favorite chocolatier in Central Point (Lillie Belle Farms). Had our own parking spot so we didn’t need to deal with street parking, and a private entrance/patio area. Clean & cozy with a modern farmhouse vibe. Well stocked kitchenette. A/C a big plus during a hot spell. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a newer rental, I believe, and it's evident that a lot of thought went into planning the space. There's really everything you would need there for simple meals and a good nights sleep. The bed is a bit on the firm side, but very comfortable. The colors of the decor are perfect, and there is a great outdoor space to enjoy as well. The studio location is near a fairly busy road, so there is a little road noise, but keep in mind that I live in the middle of nowhere, so I'm not a great judge. I figure that if it really didn't bother me, it should be okay for anyone else. Ultimately, this is a very sweet rental. It's easily twice the size of a hotel room, and it's so much better to have your own space. I would definitely stay again, and highly recommend.

Very thoughtfully designed, equipped, and stocked. Quiet neighborhood. This was one of the most relaxing stays in recent memory, and I travel a lot (almost exclusively for work).

I had a lovely time in this spacious and charming studio apartment. The high ceilings and beautiful decor provided a relaxed feeling of comfort. They managed to fit a kitchen, dining space, office, bath, and bed into a single room without it feeling cramped in any way.The eco-friendly cleaning, laundry, and bathroom supplies made it clear that the owners care about the environment. They were pleasant and friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Perhaps my favorite luxury was the thick soft bath sheet I used to dry off after my showers. I will highly recommend this place to my friends and family.

The studio was a delight. Clean, bright, and well-stocked as well as cleverly, envornmentally, and intriguingly decorated. Could not have been more comfortable and had a fabulous stop after 2 weeks already on the road. Absolutely will do again whenever possible. Recommend to Every/Anyone. Thanks for the great time!
