We have 20 homes available to rent individually or you can reserve the entire 3.43 acre Property for a private event for Family/Corporate Retreats and weddings. These exclusive residences range from 2,870 or 3,616 square feet with four to six bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms and two-car garages, large enough for everyone! Great property within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. Super clean and updated rental. Master suite King upstairs with ensuite bath and walk in closet. Bedrooms downstairs were (1) King with its own bathroom and (2) Queens that shared a bathroom. Only issues we had was with the Sonos speaker system app as we couldn't stream music but everything else worked great. We will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful brand new large condo with top end fixtures and all the comforts. Walkable to heavenly village and easy in/out with the door code. Great space for mid sized groups

Our stay at Gondola Vista was awesome! The property is exactly as advertised. The proximity to EVERYTHING in SLT is ideal and the communication with the host was quick and informative. They were very easy to deal with. The ONLY thing I would say is that the property is the first one on the road that all locals travel on, so, there is a bit of street noise. For us, however, all the positives far outweighed that issue. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wishing to have a SUPER comfortable LARGE property in South lake Tahoe.

We loved this property! It is beautiful and the main living area is great for your group to gather. Perfect location in S. Lake Tahoe. We walked to restaurants, shopping, concert venue, lake. This would be perfect location for a winter ski trip.

Reasons for not giving an overall 5 stars...us 7 adults discussed while still there that the photos were deceiving in that it appeared the hot tub and outdoor deck were one and larger....certainly not accessed through a bedroom. That the 4 bedroom 4 bath made it sound that each had its own bath....not expecting 2 bedrooms to have to share a bathroom. The kitchen/great room upstairs was unexpected kinda inconvenient. Otherwise the home was beautiful, very comfortable, new and tastefully decorated.
