Gondola Vista is a premier luxury vacation rental property, the first of its kind in South Lake Tahoe. With 20 exclusive homes available, you can rent individual residences or reserve the entire 3.43-acre estate for private events, including family or corporate retreats and weddings.
Your private “backyard” is a 725-acre natural paradise, Van Sickle Park, offering unparalleled views and outdoor experiences. The spacious homes range from 2,870 to 3,616 square feet, featuring 4 to 6 bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and two-car garages—perfectly designed for larger groups and families.
This three-level home offers spacious living with thoughtful design and amenities.
The lower level features a sitting area with a mounted TV, comfortable furniture, and a shared bathroom between two bedrooms.
The second level includes an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining space, a private deck with fireplace and gas grill, laundry room, and another large bedroom with en-suite bath.
The third level has three additional bedrooms, including one with an en-suite bath, and a shared bath with a walk-in shower. The home is stylishly finished with reclaimed wood floors, custom cabinetry, heated bathroom floors, and multi-zone climate control. It’s conveniently located near ski resorts, parks, beaches, golf courses, dining, shopping, and trails.
- Pet Policy: Two pets maximum (Pet Fee: $200 per pet). Additional charges will apply if pets are not disclosed prior to arrival.
- 4 Cars Maximum: No Street Parking Allowed
- Maintenance: On Site until 4:00pm Daily
- Amenities & Supplies: Your Villa is stocked with essential items to get you started. For additional items (like paper towels, toilet paper, etc.), we recommend visiting Safeway nearby or using Instacart.
