My room was changed immediately upon request (there was no view on the ground floor) and it was the very auspicious beginning to my stay. I had to make departure time alterations which were also kindly accommodated. The room was quiet, clean, comfortable and had everything i needed
There were disturbances created by an alarm going off (twice) related to some feature of the building (which was in the process of being fixed) which affected me only minimally as I was out and about most of the time

We stay here every time we are in Hobart. It’s clean and the cosiest and most comfortable bed we’ve slept in. Love this place.

Its location.
We stayed in 103 and 104 - the howling wind through the car park kept us awake all night. If we stay again, we will request a room on a higher floor.
