Guido and his wife were incredible and very attentive. Extremely easy to deal with. Very good location next to bus stops and easy to get around. I will be looking to book here anytime I visit Pisa.

The host was very kind and accommodating. We found the location to be good, with a walking distance from the centre, and loved our little balcony!

Struttura situata in zona tranquilla ma che permette di raggiungere facilmente il centro di Pisa. Pulizia eccezionale. La stanza singola con bagno è ampia e luminosa. Assolute facilità e comodità di accesso con il self check-in. Letto comodissimo e dotata di tutti i confort. Guido è un host gentile, velocissimo nella risposta e disponibile a seguire e soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Possibilità di parcheggio esterno a pochi metri a prezzi minimi. Location consigliatissima.
La perfezione non esiste ma la struttura era assolutamente adeguata alle esigenze di un alloggio per alcuni giorni anche per due persone. Nessun appunto da notare.

Soggiorno davvero eccellente! La camera era impeccabile: pulitissima, ordinata e curata in ogni dettaglio. Inoltre, l’ambiente è molto silenzioso e tranquillo, perfetto per riposare in qualsiasi momento della giornata, con grande rispetto per la quiete degli ospiti a tutte le ore.
Un ringraziamento speciale a Guido, una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre raggiungibile su WhatsApp e pronto a rispondere immediatamente a qualsiasi richiesta. I suoi consigli su come muoversi, dove mangiare e cosa visitare sono stati preziosissimi e hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
È raro trovare un'ospitalità così attenta e genuina. Consiglio questa struttura a chiunque cerchi pulizia, comfort, tranquillità e un'accoglienza davvero speciale. Grazie Guido!
