Great location, equidistant to centre of town and leaning tower. Quiet lane but near large piazza with market in morning and restaurants afternoon and evening. Room-only basis suited me and there is a PAM supermarket nearby. Check-in by appointment, friendly, helpful owner who provided bag storage after check-out and took me to the airport. On arrival it is easy to miss the little lane as it is under a colonade and the sign is high up. Picture shows what to look for.
Minor detail, the mini fridge is tiny, and I had envisaged being able to store stuff for breakfasts throughout my stay. Instead I had to shop daily.
