It was in a good location
It was not very clean! The toilet was pretty dirty and the bed wasn’t very comfortable

Fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with everything Pisa has to offer is on your doorstep.
Nothing to do with the accommodation, but public transport/taxis are non existent after hours in Pisa. Our flight was delayed so we missed the Pisa Shuttle and we had to queue for an hour at the airport for a taxi when we arrived, and when we needed to be at the airport to fly home at 4.30am, we had to walk from our lovely accommodation to the airport - approx 3k - however, this is completely outside of the hosts control

Supernice rooms overlooking the river, in a centrally located historic building.
For some people, not having an elevator might be a problem. For me, it wasn’t.

The location is great. The room is dark and soundproof.
It feels dirty, the type that lasts and it can be changed through major renovations. The breakfast is poor. I was happy I found NO bug there. The sheets did not seem to be changed after each guest. Very expensive for the conditions and time of the year.
