Perfect location if you travel by plane and/or train: 15 min walk to the airport and 5 min to the train station. 10 min walk to the city center; 20 to the tower.
There is a big fridge in the common kitchen, as well as kettle, coffe machine, plates etc.
There were some issues during my 6 night stay (shower and toilet problems), but the property manager did his best to solve issues as quickly as he could.
The place is not soundproof so, if you are unlucky to have noisy neighbours, you'll hear everything.

Quiet, comfortable, good location for airport and train station. We used it as a base to go to Pisa, Lucca, Florence and onward to La Spezia.
Poor lighting in bedroom and bathroom, lack of kitchenware in shared area. No 'real' garden view although suggested. Linen, a little tired looking. Room could be a little modernised. One tip from me, be proactive and WhatsApp the person who owns this property a couple of days before arrival for checking in details. It gave me some assurance as we arrived after dark - knowing it is self check in.
