Our flight from Manchester was delayed so we could not get to Florence and this was a last minute booking. Fortunately it was available, easy to find and ticked all our boxes. It was clean and comfortable.

The place wasn't horrible, it was functional, the bathroom was clean. Free decent coffee.
The area was a bit grim. The room was a little tatty. It was noisy. The breakfast was pre packed and not very appetising. The photographs were a misleading. I was expecting a better room.
