The host’s hospitality was incredible. They were so kind that they even offered us a choice between two rooms. The summer weather was extremely hot, and the host thoughtfully provided us with a bottle of water.
From the terrace, you can relax with a glass of wine and enjoy a great view of the airport and runway, watching planes take off and land.
Although Booking.com stated that air conditioning was available for an extra charge, the host kindly provided it to us free of charge. Overall, we felt very welcome and really appreciated the host’s kindness and hospitality.
There was no motion-sensor light on the stairs, which made them quite dark at night. Perhaps we just couldn’t figure out how to turn the lights on manually. We had to use our phone flashlights to see where we were going.

A clean room with plenty of towels, a small fridge and a spacious wardrobe. There was even an iron and an ironing board. The room also had air conditioning.
It’s a fifteen-minute walk from the airport.
A very friendly man at reception and a lovely owner who is always available if you need anything.

Close to airport, central train station and City Centre. Quiet area with some airplanes noise but acceptable, for visiting Pisa and other cities around very convenient.
Walls could be painted better, also step between room and toilet to high someone can trip at night.

Great location for Airport. Air-conditioning in room and ceiling fan, fridge. Rooftop terrace.
From exterior property quite tatty. The welcome was business like but no smile sadly. All areas seemed very dated and a bit unloved. No bottled water in room. Water low pressure in room so didn't risk a shower *2 miniscule sachets of shampoo only anyway provided. Everything seemed clean but towels were old and quite rough.
