The service was amazing! There was a problem with my first room and they have offered to refund me the money or move to another location right away. They really tried everything to make you happy.
The cleanliness. The bathroom is isolated and remains closed at all times. The ventilation is not good so mould is in place.

The communication with the property was perfect and very kind, the room itself was big enough and a nice size bathroom.
The noise from the other guests cannot be ignored. When someone from another room goes to the toilet (located in the hallway) during the night or decides to use a hair dryer at 1AM, you have no choice but to endure the noise.
