The amenities and food were exceptional. The pool was awesome and lives up to the hype. This hotel is genuinely dog-friendly, well-decorated and kept up to a really good standard. I would 100% visit again.
They were very short-staffed over a holiday weekend and need to be more strict on how people use the pool (example- the pool opens at 8am, people were reserving pool seats with towels from early in the morning). There was no coffee in the room and the hotel is on a fairly busy road, so the onsite bakery and restaurant are the only convenient food options. Both were packed when we visited and the wait times were long. That said, the food was excellent when it eventually arrived and the waiters were lovely and apologetic for the wait.

No hot water pot or kettle nor ready hot drinking water available.
However, receptionist Max was kind enough to provide a flask of hot water from kitchen for me.

Location and bikes available.
This is not a four star hotel.
The hotel does not offer breakfast (even though there is a bakery attached with limited hours), rooms have not even a kettle or a Nespresso or similar.
Too expensive for the service.
