Very spacious and clean room, beautiful facility, and loved having washer and dryer. Great staff at the breakfast buffet. Shout out to Christian for her care as we checked out.

Free water fountain on the floor; free breakfast of great selections; nice entrance space; parking right by the entrance; room equipped with kitchen and refrigerator; bath tab in bathroom; special TV program relevant to local historical sites played in loop.
Carpet and couch in the room smelled dirty; refrigerator interior not cleaned; vanity sink didn’t drain well; bed mattress wasn’t firm enough.
Staffs were nice, but most of them were not well trained to be the Marriott’s quality. I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott at Aventura FL for half the cost and had way better experience.

Location was perfect for our plan to visit Hyde Park historical sites and dining at CIA. My room was a comfortable size and had a kitchen and full length bath tab with shower, and amenity was good quality. Each floor was equipped with a filtered water dispenser and an ice machine. The TV had a program relevant to the historical sites that I was interested in, which I enjoyed after visiting the sites. The complementary breakfast was a good assortment, and the kitchen staffs were attentive. The spacious lobby had a bar and restaurant. There was a clerical error on the room arrangements, but the front desk supervisor calmly rectified the situation.
The bathroom sink had issue with drain, and floor wasn't cleaned (found many hairs that were not mine). The same for the kitchen. It was tidy, but inside the refrigerator was not cleaned. The floor was carpeted, and it smelled unclean. The same for the couch. But the bed and surrounding area was OK.
