The Shepherd’s Delight cabin was a quirky space that is perfect for two people - the double bed, kitchenette, and WC facilities are just right. Plus if you bring along your pawsome friend - like we did - it is very pet friendly. There are lovely river walks around you - the Three Head River walk and Riverside park in Macclesfield are two we enjoyed.
There are three wonderful dogs on site - a lovely collie (I believe) and two gorgeous brindle greyhound/whippets - what I hated the most was that they were so cute and friendly you could easily lose half an hour just giving cuddles and strokes to one of them as they wonder freely. On a serious note, there was nothing we disliked about the property.

Quirky cute property which we loved
Calm & tranquil setting
Unfortunately we were unable to get the stove hotter enough to cook scramble eggs, even after the 15 minute time it said to allow to heat up.
Other than this it was perfect.
