Very nice hotel on a cliff with Lake Toya view on one side, and Mt Yotei on the other side. The staff was super friendly and accomodating. I loved the bright green color of the room, and the retro bathroom.

Clean, tidy and very modern inside. Good wifi.
Very disappointed. We did not get the room we booked. Without the views that other guests enjoy this is just an OK hotel in a poor location.
No food available, no shops or restaurants nearby.
The outside was a mess. Rubbish by our window, mud and snow in the car park.
We got given coupons for discounts that we couldn't use which was just annoying!
