Cozy hotel located just at the lakeshore. It has a nice complimentary onsen (that would just need little renovation) and some good amenities. Staff is super kind and helpful; big plus for possibility of using microwave, having a tea or coffee free of charge at any time.
If you do not have a car, access to the hotel might be problematic. The room is not very spacious, but this is a typical thing for accommodation in Japan. The overall cost of stay seems high as apart from standard fare you will pay extra 500 JPY per person per night to cover city and onsen taxes.

予約した人数とは違っていて、1人分のアメニティ、寝具が足りなかった。
一つの寝具から生乾き臭があった。
部屋の電気リモコンが使用出来なかった
フロント横のサービスコーヒーが冷たかった
浴場の脱衣棚に掃除用長靴や道具がは入っていた
