Situated in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely house for $268 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Welcome to our beach house, 900' to the public Dolphin Boat Ramp & a short .4 miles to the beach. Whether enjoying your morning coffee from our private backyard, relaxing in the hot tub or taking in the sunset - you'll never want to leave! This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home sleeps 9 and centrally located to all the fun Panama City Beach attractions on the East end of Panama City Beach. Pull into the garage, check out the Lagoon across the street, and walk into the foyer where the 2nd and 3rd guest bedrooms are located; 1 Queen bedroom and 1 bunk room with a full over full bunk with a pull-out trundle that share a full bathroom across the hall near the laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Walk into an open kitchen that seats 4 at the counter/6 at the table and living room that provide extra space for your family or guests to lounge. Right off the living room you will find the master bedroom has 1 King bed with en suite bathroom. Step outside the back porch, fire up the grill for an evening BBQ and enjoy the hot tub in the private backyard. Lazy Lagoon has all you need and more for the prefect vacation for your family and friends! There are so many activities to check out while staying at Lazy Lagoon. Walk down to the boat dock and take in the sunrise. Do a little shopping at Pier Park then enjoy some ice cream. St. Andrews State Park is less then 2 miles away, another great beach and nature walking trails. Visit Shipwreck Island waterpark, great fun to be had by all ages. Cobra Adventure Park has go carts, mini-golf, an arcade, and more. Spend some time at Ripleys Believe It or Not, a museum with kitschy oddities on display. Stay in and relax in the private hot tub. Want to spend time on the water? Pontoon and wave runner rentals are located in the Lagoon. Treasure Island Marina and Captain Anderson Marina are about a 3 mile drive, there you can find dolphin cruises and sunset cruises or enjoy a day fishing on a chartered boat. This house is amazing! It was beautifully decorated and super clean! It was perfect for our visit over the holidays to see our new grandchild. We enjoyed the hot tub and location close to the beach. We would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting Panama City.

The House is Great inside and out. Light roomy and airy. Everything was labeled and well organized. Everything was new and clean and worked. There was plenty of room for 3 adults and a dog. Back yard was great for quick potty breaks for the dog. And neighborhood was great for longer walks with him.Driveway was large enough for boat and truck. Having the golf cart so we didnt have to disconnect the trailer and truck constantly was amazing! I love being on the less busy end of the beach. Still has great restaurants bars and the state park. And being a few houses from the boat ramp is perfect.The owners are 100% on top of everything. Quick with responses, very friendly and there for anything you might need or have questions about. We truly had a great stay here and will be back soon.

Love the house!!! Very spacious and everything is pretty much close to the address especially the beach.
Everything is super organized only one thing the guest bathtub was clogged, after the first use we decided not to used anymore to prevent more clogging and the fridge has a little blood stains I believed from the last guest. After all we will came back to this place again.

This home is one of my favorites! It was fully equipped with everything we needed. We rented the golf cart so it made going to beach and boat ramp extra easy. Dollar General is just around the corner. Public Beach parking just across the street from Dollar General. Location is super convenient to restaurants and shopping. We brought our boat so boat ramp was so convenient. The guys caught mahi mahi, grouper, trigger fish, sting rays, and tomtates. We rode over to Shell Island to get out of rip tide at public beach. This area is a great vacation destination and the home is beautiful and clean! FIVE STARS!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Megan's home. The house was just as it appears im the photos. The house was beautiful and clean and there were many thoughtful items left out for us to use if needed. The layout of the home was perfect with a variety of areas to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The covered porch was relaxing to sit on and the hot tub was a great feature as well.
The house is conveniently located with quick access to the main strips in a quiet neighborhood. I would have enjoyed staying longer.

Very beautiful house we’re we had a wonderful spring break with are family. Everything is so clean and everything anyone would want for a vacation. Hot tub is very useful in the spring time. We had an awesome vacation week at this private rental home! The home is beautiful and very spacious and was definitely perfect for our couple's retreat. It was located close to the beach, marina, and St. Andrew's State Park. We didn't mind being in a residential neighborhood because we had planned on driving to those areas anyway. The hot tub was nice in the private fenced in patio area. It was also nice to be able to park in the garage for entry into the house. We so enjoyed the privacy of this rental home compared to condominium rentals. The extra bedrooms would be convenient for a family too. Enjoyed our vacation week soaking up the sun and warm weather!

The photos don't do it justice. It's MUCH bigger than we expected & there were several small touches that were added for Christmas, including adorable pillows & decor. The master bath had cotton balls (which I'd forgotten!), a couple toothbrushes with toothpaste, small bottles of Scope, q-tips, & disposable razors. The location of the property was great, we loved the hot tub, it had a Keurig with pods, it was great to be able to park in the garage, & the beach stuff (wagon, chairs, beach stuff) was awesome. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.

This was probably the best experience I’ve had with a property manager, and I’ve stayed at quite a few. The house is awesome, better than the pictures. The location is also great. We had an amazing stay, thank you!

Our constructive feedback is regarding the necessities provided (or not provided). As a family of six, we were surprised to only be provided with 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags, no laundry detergent, and 3 dishwasher pods for our 6-day stay. We also were not provided any ziploc bags, foil, or plastic wrap. We also were given a card documenting the number of towels and washcloths we had been allotted. Odd - never have seen this before.
We have rented several properties previously, and they all included a nice supply of basic necessities and none documented their linens. Overall, this is a nice property. We would recommend the owners being a bit more realistic in anticipating their renters’ needs regarding basic living items. When we travel to Florida from Michigan, we do not expect to have to buy or bring these supplies l.

From the second we opened the front door , it smelled like a brand new home :) it more than met my expectations. I’m super super picky about the places I stay and this home was PERFECT in every way . The beds were dreamy and the bathroom had more than enough space . We loved hanging in the back yard and soaking in the Hot Tub. The Golf Cart saved the day, so nice to pack it up and drive a few blocks to the Ocean for the day. Me and my husband would recommend this home again and again. They even let my little puppy come and he felt right at home. Thanks again for a wonderful vacation :)

We had the greatest stay at your vacation home. My wife and I couldn’t have been happier in the master bedroom with the very spacious bathroom and most comfortable bed. The second bedroom was a dream for our high school aged daughter and the bunk room was the perfect space for our 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The kitchen, dining area, and family room are much larger than the pictures online represent so we had more space than we could have imagined. There was nothing we lacked when it came to kitchen/household items, small and large appliances, and beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, wagon, boogie boards, etc.). The outdoor space was perfect for grilling, sitting on the patio, and relaxing in the hot tub. Everything was first-rate, clean, new, and in perfect working condition. We look forward (and hope) that this home will be available the next time we come to this area because there is no place we would rather stay.

I stayed in Lazy Lagoon for a week while in Panama City Beach for my son's baseball tournament. The house is lovely. Large, spacious, new, well-appointed, comfortable, and in a great location. I recommend a stay here and would stay again.

My family (A total of seven, including my mother) found this home to be just perfect for us. Plenty of room for everyone to have space for themselves. It was a little over five minute drive to the beach. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a bit small but has a great hot tub.
