We had a wonderful time! Monica was very helpful with recommendations and her apartment was beautiful and in a great location.

Our stay in Rome was great. Monica even helped us out with a ride to the airport early in the morning. Thanks!

This apartment is wonderfully located and is accessible close to public transportation. It is located approx. 700m from the Vatican in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The apartment is in very good condition and is well-equipped with all amenities. Monica was a very responsive host and left a binder of information that was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Clean property, good facilities, well decked out kitchen and very attentive owner. Great access to the Vatican area and Tibir River.
Easy access to trestevere eating district by foot and across town to all the desired locations.

If the Vatican is what you want to visit, this is the place to rent. a stone's throw away. Monica and Marzia were a great team. Thank you

A short walk from St Peters, this apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood that has restaurant's, cafe's and small grocery stores down the block; you can also find multiple buses and a taxi stand among them. The air conditioning and WiFi are excellent, the beds very comfortable and the apartment was in great condition. Monica communicates very well and was a gracious hostess, never failing to answer a question or make good recommendations. I highly recommend this property if the accommodations fit your needs.

From the start, Monica was extremely helpful. The location of this lovely compact apartment was great, just blocks from the Vatican City. Clean, very comfortable beds, cool and breezy. Only thing I would say is that you have to be fit, as it is quite a hill one must walk up to. Restaurants in the area were small and so friendly. Would do this all over again anytime!! Thank you, Monica

I rarely leave a negative review since we ourselves host properties and I wish to be fair and kind however I feel that as you make your booking, you should be aware of a few things. I had missed that the unit charges you for electrical usage so when I commented how strange that was, she told us 24 hours before check-in to book elsewhere (during Easter week which was impossible). She also failed to disclose the narrow timeframe to check-in (15:00 to 17:00) or there are incremental charges afterwards. She only left us one roll of toilet paper for a family of 4 staying 9 nights. And even though we discussed parking 7 nights for a discounted rate, she charged us for the full nights and when I mentioned it, she wiggled out of it as a "misunderstanding". The location is great and the apartment is clean but to feel "nickel and dimed" like this is distasteful and wrong.

What a beautiful apartment. My only complaint was we didn't see the fine print for the $15/day for parking and the electricity charge. Can't beat the location

The apartment was exactly as listed. Owner was in constant contact with me before and after the stay. Nice place, great for location near St Peter’s church. Great for the price, would recommend again!

The home offers everything we needed for our 12-day stay: comfy beds, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, spacious living room, and excellent shower and bathroom. The neighborhood is quiet and fabulous, close to St. Peter's, the Tiber, and other great sites, with scores of good restaurants and shops, including a good-sized grocery store.
Monica is an outstanding host, always answering our messages quickly and addressing our needs. We hope to reserve the place again for a future trip, God willing. Thank you, Monica, for a wonderful stay in Rome!

Monica was an amazing host and did a great job making our stay fantastic! The apartment is in a nice area, short way to busses and everything you need. Great to take a run in the park or walk to all the famous buildings. I can definitely recommend a stay at Monica's place!

The overall experience was a great one. It was only 1.5 blocks away from the Vatican and very centrally located. It was exceptionally clean and very welcoming.

Maria was great and made sure my high school senior and his friend were well taken care of. She was very responsive to all of my needs and even helped arrange airport transfer. Great location!

Amazing hostess . Very friendly, caring and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much and it’s close to all the different tourists areas

Our family of 3 was very comfortable during our 3 night stay in Rome. The Vatican was truly about a 5 minute walk and buses to the other side of the Tiber River are on the main street. The apartment is tucked away and we had a little trouble finding it even with the taxi driver but once we got familiarized with the area, it was very nice to be in a quiet place. There are some steps and a little slope to get to the apartment but I think you need to get used to that when walking around Rome.
The apartment was very clean with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We didn't cook so I can't comment about the appliances but there are instructions as to how to use them. There is a small fee for the electricity but it was not much. I would recommend you bring a power adapter.
As for Monica, she is wonderful at communication and answering all our questions. She addressed all of our concerns to have a comfortable stay. She was able to arrange the transportation from the airport to her apartment and from her apartment to the port in Civitavecchia as we continued on to a cruise.
Being our first time to Rome and skeptical about rental properties, this apartment proved to be better than we expected. It was a great place to stay.

We had a great time in Rome and Monicas place was perfect. She is quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. We were able to walk across the street to the Vatican and a quick walk to the train station. We had to taxi to downtown where the shops are but it’s a quick ride. I would hope to stay at her place again when visiting Roma!

This was my husband and I's 3rd stay in Rome and each time we choose a different location in the city. Once again, we were not disappointed with our choice.
Roman Dream I is located within minutes of the Vatican. Take a right on the street and you are overlooking all of Rome. Take the street from their down and you are at a beautiful fountain and in Trastevere (my favorite area).
Roman Dream I is very close to St. Angelo's Castle and the most beautiful bridge (tour the castle at sunset).
The apartment it's self had everything you need for the perfect stay. Lovely apartment in the heart of so much. Highly recommend.
Owner was very responsive with any and all questions.

We enjoyed our stay. We couldnt believe how close it was to the Vatican. The house was extremely clean and was made very comfortable for us. We had five people staying with plenty of room. We would recommend this property to anyone that is traveling with a family. Monica was very quick to respond to any questions we had. I hope to get back to Rome again some day and would definetly stay here again..

Monica was very nice and her place looks exactly like the pictures. There is a bit of a steep hill up to the property if you choose to walk, but is very doable. I really liked that once on the property you felt safe. The Vatican is very close as is many other areas to visit.
Monica did check on us via email before we arrived and while we stayed.
The only thing that didn't sit well with me was that we were charged 15 euro per day for parking and it is not stated anywhere on the website as an extra charge. I reviewed the property details several times before and have reviewed several times after, and there is nothing stating that there is a charge for parking. I wrote to Monica on Feb 22nd about our excitement and that we had a rental car. She responded that she would give more information. I did not receive another email until March 9th and this is the email that informed me of the cost for parking....this is also past the time to cancel without loosing money.

Water and gas are free while the electricity is charged to guests, based on usage, which will be calculated by multiplying the Kw / h used by the cost applied by the distribution company (€ 0.50 per kw / h). Check in is appreciated after 2.30pm. Check out is appreciated around 10.30. For Check in from 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm it costs € 10.00 from 6.00 pm to 8.00 pm It costs € 15.00 from 8.00 pm to 11.00 pm It costs 30.00 ... after 11.00 pm it costs of € 50.00 ... with the owner's permission. No night check-in takes place. A cot is available for small children. The cost is € 15.00 without bed linen and € 20.00 with linen. For special needs or luggage storage, you must first agree with the owner. During check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person (excluding children under the age of 10) which must be paid to the municipality of Rome.
This was all that was stated in the additional costs. The listing does state parking in both Featured and in the General Amenities categories as well as garage in the General category; these categories are all things that are included in your stay.
All in all the stay was nice, but I felt a bit taken advantage of...with mis information.
I would recommend with the website being updated to state that there is a charge for parking to avoid another person upset.

This was an excellent property for our family of five. Great location steps from the Vatican. The apartment was exactly as advertised and Monica was outstanding to work with. Very close to several restaurants and stores. Easy access to all of Rome’s attractions. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. It is within walking distance of St. Peter's square, restaurants, markets and a bus stop. The host was very helpful with arranging transportation from the airport the the apartment and answering our questions. There was an uphill walk from the Main Street and the bus stop, but it is Rome, so expect to walk everywhere.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was roomy, clean and beautifully decorated. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for 3 night family vacation in Rome. Close to the attractions right next the St. Peter’s. Quiet location, safe and secure. Walked to and from the apartment at all times night and day. Comfy bed and clean apartment. Nice bathroom and shower. Washer was good and just hung out clothes in the apartment to dry. Air conditioning worked perfect. Had to pay electricity and was only 10 euro for the stay. We would stay here again if back in Rome. Monica arranged a taxi in the early morning of our departure at a great price. We changed our arrival time last minute and Monica and Christina were very kind and flexible to do this. A great price for this family apartment. Thanks!

The apartment is tastefully furnished and has everything you need for vacation. Beds were comfortable, high end appliances, which we had to read instructions, that were thankfully provided, to use. Security is good as all doors are locked. Taxi's are at the bottom of the hill and were necessary for us to get to the sights. Parking was provided for an extra fee. There was some confusion on our arrival about parking, but it was quickly resolved . Our greeter, Christina, Gave us all the instructions and rules of the house. We arrived later than planned so she was a little rushed. There is a lot of walking in Rome and none of the sights are close to each other. We used the hop on hop off bus to get a general idea of the setup of Rome. There were long lines at some of the stops and it took a while to get a seat at the top of the bus. Great way to orient yourself to the city. Directions were difficult to follow. Even from other people. " 5 min that way". English is spoken by most in Rome.

This apartment was super clean and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. It felt like we were at home. The check-in process went perfectly and Monica was available for all our needs. We were a 5 minute walk from St. Peter's and the Vatican. It is located up a gentle hill away from all the noise of the city on a quiet street. It was very secure with a locked gate before getting to our front door. There are several great restaurants down the hill and a 24 hour grocery store nearby. We will be back to Rome and would definitely stay here without hesitation. Thank you Monica for helping to make our first trip to Rome so wonderful!!

We loved the stay. would have been great, if the kitchen and the bathroom had basic stuff included ( like Salt, Sugar, Shampoo, Soap etc.).
Monica and her family are very friendly and warm!

While the apartment and location were wonderful (literally just a few minutes walk to the Vatican), the best part of this property is the owner Monica and her ability to make your travels as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Prior to our arrival Monica arranged for a car service to meet us and Pre negotiated the price. We were met at the apartment by Jasmin who walked us through the property, explained the local area and how best to reach the top must see sights in Rome. Monica’s response time was fast for the few email exchanges we needed to have while there. She even arranged to store our luggage when our prepaid Vatican tour conflicted with check out time. And a car was arranged for our departure as well. I have Stayed at many vacation rental properties and Monica makes this property top on my list.

Really good apartment. Well located on the edge of the city center (so easy access by car) and right next to the Vatican city. Spacious apartment, really clean and with a parking space available if needed. We left the car in the secured garage for the 2 days we were there. Carrefour market and restaurants are close by, which are another convenience of that apartment. The only small downside was the fact that there was no condiments in the kitchen (oil, salt...). I would recommend that apartment both for the ease and speed of communication with the owner, as well as the clean, modern and functional aspect of it.
5.0
I would have to say this property is perfect for exploring Rome your 5 min walk to the Vatican and 10 min walk to the hop on hop off bus which takes you around all the top attractions, the house was very well put together and the neighbourhood was pretty quiet considering being in a big city. Jasmine and Monica were very good at making sure any questions were answered in a very prompt manner. I would definitely recommend!! The only caution would be for people with mobility issues unless you planned to take taxis to attractions the road lead down to the Vatican could be very difficult fo someone that has issues with steep hills.
Thanks Jasmine and Monica :)
