Situated in San Juan Island, this lovely bed and breakfast for $165 per night is a great option for your next trip. Newly Listed! A beautiful, newly constructed loft overlooking San Juan Channel!! Near Roche Harbor!! Located on the North-East side of San Juan Island with a medium bank beach access. (SJIL) Located on the North-East side of San Juan Island, this medium bank, beach access is the perfect space to relax and unwind on San Juan Island. The view of San Juan Channel is a breathtaking experience from this newly constructed space. This two-bedroom, one bathroom loft provides the perfect retreat for your weekend stay or weeklong respite. Located close the popular Roche Harbor Resort, it's the perfect location for a few wedding guests. The newly built loft has a gourmet kitchen with all the cooking necessities, a spacious island with bar seating for 4 and a full-size refrigerator. Also enjoy the cozy balcony to BBQ your favorite foods. The open concept provides room to move from the kitchen to the living space which boasts a 55” Smart TV, ductless air system (A/C and Heat provided), propane fireplace, and a sectional sofa. This cozy guest house/apartment situated close to Roche Harbor will provide a home base for exploring San Juan Island, cuddling up with your favorite book or good movie and a glass of wine, beachcombing and tide pooling and so much more. The 2 bedrooms are comfortably decorated. One bedroom has a King bed, the other has a Queen. The full bathroom has a shower, tub and double vanity. Full laundry room is provided downstairs. Enjoy access to a private beach (fires are not allowed) and walk along the east side of San Juan channel with spectacular views of Orcas Island and Yellow Island. San Juan Island Loft is the place to relax for two couples or a small family. +No pets please +16 steps up to the loft +Children under 10 are not encouraged due to safety reasons. +Respectful caretakers and friendly dog live on site in main house next to the Loft. Property is in amazing condition and has wonderful views of the sound. Everything was clean and ready for us. Check-in was easy. Owners were extremely friendly.
The location is a bit remote, so if that is what you are looking for, you are in luck. But be prepared for a drive to Roche Harbor (or a long walk).

Great place to stay. About 15 minutes from Friday Harbor and about 10 minutes to Roche Harbor. Owner are very nice. It has everything you need. I was surprised at how well stocked the unit was with supplies (pot,pans ect). There was even aluminum foil.

Overall great location. Very clean - cleanliness is a big deal for my family. It’s quite comfortable and homey. We would rent again.
We just had a small water issue about 7am this morning - there was no water flowing. We tried calling the property management but no one answered. The water issue was short lived about 40 mins and somehow it was restored, not really a big issue.

This is our third visit staying on the island. This is a great place to stay. The garage apartment is perfect. You can also go to the beach and start your day watching the sunset with your coffee. This place is done very well. Highly recommend. Great location on the island.

I don't usually do this but I had to mention a few things about this property everything you will want from the Airbnb had all the cups plates can openers vacuum dishwasher even though it was hard to turn hopefully bc they not mad at me , but man super dope spot had parking for my Fede. Truck which os why I was there in the first place was for work , Wi-Fi was great bathroom and everything was super clean , I actually deliver few packages to the actually owners felt good but let me stop I can go on and on but overall great stay and hopefully I stay there again if I ever go back.

The house was spotless from the outside to the inside. It had everything you could ask for. Super quiet neighborhood. The short walk to the private beach area behind the home was incredible. Plus the views were perfect. The on site owners were very pleasant and available should anything was needed. I would go here again.

I booked this place without any reviews (because it was brand new). But I’m so glad I trusted it — it was clean and perfect! One of the best vrbos I have ever stayed in. I feel like they picked higher end finishings. Can’t recommend it enough. I would note this is a place for those who have a car (drive on) the island as it’s a short drive to Roche Harbor. Not walkable to Roche. Their internet (Wi-Fi) worked great too as advertised. It’s a very quiet place located on a residential street.
If you are looking for quiet this is great. If you are loud, please don’t stay here as the couple is lovely and they live right next door and that wouldn’t be fair to them :)
The couple has the sweetest dog but it’s behind a fence so you don’t have to interact with her if you don’t want to. (We wanted to - what a love bug!)
Would stay again and HIGHLY recommend. Oh and yes has laundry - not in unit but one floor down.

The unit is absolutely amazing! Had peaceful retreat with my family. New, Clean, Quiet and spacious with Views of the water and access to the beach at low tide. the access is through the homeowner's yard and down a few steps. Able to work remotely, although the internet connection shut down the first day luckily it was at the end of the day. It worked fine for the remaining days of our vacation.
I would have given a 5 for cleanliness but found a couple of used towels behind the bathroom door and in the washing machine. Overall Satisfied and will definitely be coming back!

This is a lovely location steps away from the water. The unit is cozy, comfortable, and clean, with enough space for up to 4 people. The beds and rooms were great, as well as the kitchen (with a view of the water!) and bathroom.
The property is a short walk to a rugged beach worthy of exploring, and as a bonus, a 10 min walk to beautiful and secluded public beach/park with rocky outcropping and massive driftwood.
20 min to Friday Harbor, 10 to Roche Harbor, and about d30 min of anywhere else you might want to go.
