We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings. There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

We wanted to be close to St Augustine and this was just close enough and private enough. The property was so cute and it looks just like the photos.. It is also within walking distance to Caps on the Water - great seafood! The host always responded very quickly.

We loved the beautiful interior design- so beachy and cute! Also perfect location- 5 min walk to beach, 2 min walk to Cap’s for beautiful sunset views and great food/cocktails. Also the hot tub was pristine and very relaxing! Only suggestions I would make: add more mirrors (like maybe one on a wall in a bedroom or hallway) because two mirrors isn’t enough for 5 girls getting ready ;), maybe provide an extra roll of toilet paper- otherwise we had everything we needed and the kitchen had everything :)

The property was very nice. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Property description was accurate. Communication was minimal, which was all that was necessary. We definitely recommend Keylime Cottage.

Great stay. Only two things. Hot tub. Cover kept falling on us. It was broken. Water pressure very low in house and hot water ran out quick.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Keylime Cottage. It was conveniently located to both St. Augustine and TPC Sawgrass for The Players Championship. Lauren was a wonderful host, and quick to respond to our questions.

Keylime Cottage was comfy, spacious and has a well stocked kitchen. The location is in a quiet residential location within walking distance to the beach. The hot tub is well maintained. Our host Lauren was great!
