With an amazing north Tempe location near ASU, Mill Avenue, Old With a great north Tempe location near ASU, Mill Avenue, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix, and Sky Harbor Airport, this beautifully remodeled and contemporary home features a main house with three spacious bedrooms along with a large Casita with extra beds and a full bathroom. Top that off with a refreshing (and heated) pool, your group will absolutely love this home! ***Sorry, but parties, events, loud music, pets, and smoking are prohibited at this residence.*** The space consists of a 3BR/2BA main house along with a detached 1BR/1BA casita in the back of the house. The main house is very spacious and open with a great layout: - Bedroom #1 features a king-sized bed, attached private bathroom, and a desk/workspace - Bedroom #2 features a queen-sized bed, and bar-height (or standing) work desk - Bedroom #3 features 2 twin-sized steel frame platform beds (sturdy enough for adults) and a work desk - Bathroom #1 is attached to Bedroom #1 with a shower, toilet, and vanity - Bathroom #2 has a full bathtub/shower, toilet, and 2-sink vanity - The kitchen features Samsung stainless steel appliances, large island for food prep or eating and quartz countertops. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, plates, glassware, cooking utensils, knives, coffee pot, and toaster. - The dining room has a table and seating for six with an additional four counter-height seats at the kitchen island - The lounge area features a 65" TV, sofa, and loveseat, and fireplace - Washer and dryer in the laundry room - There is a large 2 car garage attached garage for guest use. Additionally, there is parking for 2 additional cars in the driveway and street parking The detached casita in the back-yard is almost 400ft^2 of additional living space. - Queen Platform Bed - Twin over Full Bunkbed (twin bed supports up to 250lbs) - Kitchenette with refrigerator and sink - Sofa and coffee table - 43" smart TV - Bathroom with Shower, toilet, and vanity The backyard has a large, deep, heated diving pool. The pool is private and available year-long, A natural gas pool heater is installed, and the heater is available from late September through March. There is an additional charge for pool heating. Note that it may take up to 48 hours to achieve pool temp, so all requests must be made at least three days in advance. Please inquire for fees. Pool heating fees will be paid through a separate invoice after the booking has been made. Pool floats and towels included. All linens, towel, sheets, etc are included. We do value your privacy and these outdoor devices are only reviewed when an incident necessitates.

Updated, very clean, great location. If you do Ironman AZ you can ride your bike to the venue. The casita was beautiful and perfect for extra family members. The house had everything needed and no issues during our 4 night stay.

We were in town for a long weekend to do some hiking and catch football and hockey games in Tempe. This property was perfect for our group. Easy ride from airport and campus is a good walk or short Lyft ride away from the house. Neighborhood was super quiet. House was spotless upon arrival and was well stocked with anything we needed for the house or pool. The casita is a cool little feature. We would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Tempe. Owners we’re easy to work with

The home and the small separate Casita were wonderful. Clean beautifully decorated Pool was just the right size. We were able to use the garage- wonderful since it was as very hot outside. Our host was very attentive and responded promptly to all our needs. We will definitely want to stay here again.

The house was perfect for our stay. We moved my son into ASU and used the house as our home base. A short drive to campus, good restaurants are close, the house was clean, and the pool was very refreshing. The casita was a big hit too!

Very cute, very clean, simple little house, conveniently situated in Tempe. We had a great time sharing the place amongst 3 sets of parent/teen for a sporting event. Owners were immediately responsive to questions/concerns, and we left feeling very happy with our stay.

Excellent location for a group! We had 7 High School Speech and Debate kids competing at the National Tournament along with 2 coaches. Space was perfect, clean and enjoyable for us all. Cory was a great host, always responding quickly to our questions. Highly recommend this property for family, friend or school groups like ours!!

I stayed at Cory’s house with 5 other adult males during Spring Training. I’m a frequent traveler that uses several rental properties throughout the year and this was one of the best. The house was very clean and had the perfect layout. The check in and check out process was easy without any stress or unreasonable chores. Communication between the owners and I was flawless and they responded very quickly. I will definitely stay here again. 5 out of 5 stars!
