Nice home with a well stocked kitchen. Accommodations are comfortable and big enough for our group of 5 women. Outdoor space is beautiful, and host was very helpful on day of departure when we had flight changes.

The house was great, in a great spot. Everything was as stated we just took one star away for no door into the bathroom or for the toilet, which was kind of a hassle with multiple people in the house it limited using the room when someone was using the bathroom. It seems like it would be an easy fix to put a door, where the toilet is.

I think the property is beautiful, but there were some issues with cleanliness of the pool decking, and the carpet and bathroom overall a great place to stay in a great area. If the lights don’t work in the house and we kept blowing a fuse in part of the house, we don’t know what caused the app called the manager, and he told us to go outside and hit the fuse box that needs to be rectified after Time the pool phone on work half the time did we don’t know what’s up with that

We enjoyed 7 days in this lovely home. Gorgeous home in a nice neighborhood. The backyard is the best part. Only recommendation is it would be nice to have a railing to go into the pool for guests with disabilities. Otherwise the trip was perfect and I would come back for sure.

We made last minute plans to drive to Phoenix, meet our son who was flying in and visit Grandma. Connecting and checking in with Evolve was a very smooth process. I contacted David for a few clarifications which he responded to immediately and the rest of our stay was such a delight . Their home is as described, with plenty of spaces to kickback together. During our stay their was an extreme weather alert with high temperatures. So we were grateful to have such a comfortable place to share time, playing games and making food. The best was late night swimming under the full moon, by then it was comfortable enough to relax outside for a few hours. We had everything we needed as far as towels, bathroom supplies, kitchen, utensils, laundry. Which was Lovely, as it left us at ease to be together. Thank You for accepting our last minute request.

Other than the master bedroom needing to be a little more clean we were very impressed! The pictures are just like what you see in person. The beds were decently comfy and the kitchen had plenty of items we needed. We had such a great time and can’t wait to go back!

Great Location. Access to property was fantastic. The house was fully automatic. Access to home during check in couldn't be easier.
Pool was awesome. We needed the lights on in the pool, texted the primary contact... Boom! lights were on.
All communications with the primary contact was effortless and easy.
House was clean, bedrooms nicely laid out. Main bathroom was nice.

Stars aligned on this trip! We had two events to attend in the 5 days we were in Tempe. The weather was amazing - the house was even better. We swam (pool temp was perfect), sunned, grilled, grazed, played board games, had foosball tournaments, and sat around the fire pit at night. The house was perfect for our family! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We had a question about the pump for the pool rock fountain not coming on - it started up. We had a question about where the balls for the foosball table were, someone came over that same day and got them out of the garage for us. We loved every minute we were there. Thanks for a great stay and being great hosts!

Everything you need
Great home with all the amenities! we had a blast playing foosball and hanging by the pool. we grilled every night, had a fire pit going and even watched a movie the last night. it was a great location- seemed like no one else was around us. Very cool pad.

Pool Disappointment
Advertised as heated salt water pool. I had to email the property manager to heat pool when I arrived. Was told it would take 24 hours to heat. My guess were on their way. Was told it would be heated to 85 degrees. Never reached 85 degrees. Most of my guest did not swim and when the children swam they had to get out because they were freezing cold.
The house was in a nice quiet neighborhood and it was beautiful. I would not rent during Fall/Winter months again because the pool situation.
It should of been heated upon arrival since advertised that way.

This home has it all! We had a great time the manager and owner were very attentive and the layout and pool area are fabulous. This is our 2nd time back and loved every minute of our stay! This hone is located in a safe beautiful neighborhood close to everything and so wonderful for walking as well. We will be back!

Perfect for the family!
It was a perfect place for our stay! We had 3 adults and two children (7 and 8). The outdoor space was more than we could have asked for- pool, grass area, and pool deck were lovely. We also loved the hummingbirds that kept visiting us! :)
The house had all the things we needed and we were so close to any shopping we needed. The owners were quick to respond to a couple pool questions on the first day.
We’d love to come back someday. Highly recommend this home!

The house had a great layout and plenty of space for my family to fully enjoy ourselves. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities we needed for cooking, grilling, and had plenty of seating areas. It was very clean and the backyard/pool was beautiful. The only issue was the pool was a little chilly during our stay, but the problem was fixed promptly once we realized it was the pump.
