Located in the nice neighborhood and safe place. Close to Costco, Ontario mills shopping mall, Ontario airport, close to freeway 10 and 60, only 25 minutes away from downtown LA, one hour from LAX.

The house appeared to be clean however it was not equipped with the basics. I had to buy bath towels, a full size coffee maker, bath mats for all of the bathrooms, hot pads for the oven and general cleaning supplies. We stayed for a month so these things became essential. I attempted to communicate to the owner, he did provide additional toilet paper and paper towels but nothing else.
