Lovely room with superb view over countryside. Relaxing pool, hotel does a great Aperol Spritz you can take and drink around the pool. Located just on the edge of San Gimignano, so a good 20 minute walk in to town which we enjoyed. Very peaceful setting but easy to find and private parking. Staff very accommodating.
Shower room fairly small but perfectly adequate.

Great location in the heart of Tuscany.Breakfast was excellent. All facilities were spotless and the hotel is maintained to a high standard. Paola and Roberta our hosts are lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and seating around the gardens. Great view. Bar prices very reasonable.

Great view by the pool, clean and owners friendly and helpful.
We found the hotel quite basic and rooms small but this could be general in Italy. The use of the one toilet in your room and no other toilet onsite was awkward at times when there is two of you and cleaner is your room etc. The electric tripped in the room easily (about 20 times with hair dryer on) but fuse box in room. Round the pool is uneven grass so hard to lay on sun-bed comfortably so not ideal if you’re a sun seeker and don’t mind feeling like you’re falling down a hill. Hotel is out of town but a bus is easy and cheap to get into San Gimignano. Hotel view is gorgeous but near a road so not as peaceful as it looks.
