The staff was very helpful regarding everything. The location is the best in Budapest, truly wonderful. Beds were quite comfortable and the room had fresh air when it was really hot outside.
The overall opinion is that the accommodation is not that clean. Towels and sheet were washed but (towels especially) had a really strong smell (smth like mold). Also there was mold in the bathroom and there was dust in the room. The apartment is great for short stay, but not for more than 1-2 nights.
