Good location for a good price

Perfect location near to the parliament and the tram stop. The place is wonderful for that price.

In the morning the heating stopped and it was very cold in the room.

Ha csak kell egy hely, ahol alszol, megteszi, de pihenni nem tudsz majd.

A számkódos beléptető.

A vízforraló engedi a vizet, hajszárító 10perc után leáll, mert túlmelegedett. A konnektor lóg a falból. Tv volt a falon, de távirányító nem(hogy legalább a laptoppal összekötve használhassuk. Látszik, hogy a lakásban valamikor volt egy durva csőtörés amitől feláztak a burkolatok, szegélyek, szétnyíltak az ázott parketták. A fürdőszobában igénytelen szilikonozás és penész. Penészes zuhanyfüggöny. Az nem volt feltüntetve, hogy a szoba ablaka a cselédlépcsőre néz, vagyis a szoba levegőzlen, sötét és valaki non-stop trappolt a lépcsőn fel-le. A szoba egy rettenetesen vékony szigeteletlen gipszkarton fallal lett leválasztva a közös folyosóról, így mivel a bejárat mellett van. Minden itt megszállót úgy lehetett hallani,mintha hozzánk jönnének be. A közös folyosóról induló fa lépcső borzasztóan nyikorog. Ez ebben a szobában rettenetesen zavaró, mert elég sokan szálltak meg akkor az emeleten is.
