The room was very modern and immaculate. We had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. The restaurant onsite was so incredible that we ate all of our means there. The service was also incredible. We showed up to eat when the restaurant wasn’t open, and they still fixed a meal for us! One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

The location is perfect, you can see the mountain through the window. The swimming pool and sauna are awesome.
The room is quite small. The duvet and the bed sheet were wet in our room, but the staff was nice and helped change them.

I loved the time I had in the hotel. They have an amazing view of the Matterhorn from the common areas such as the pool, restaurant, etc. The restaurant is amazing and the staff is super friendly.
I liked everything, to be honest, but if I could say one thing to improve, it would be the transfer info from the train station to the hotel, or vice versa.
