Nice for a long stay, the room is spacious and well equipped. The kitchen is also usefull if you don't want to eat at the restaurant for every meal. There is a big supermarket 10 min by foot. My room was next to the road so be sure to bring earplugs and that's ok, less trafic by night.
Good to know, the kitchen didn't have gaz.
They showed me where the hot water worked, but never had it. Thus, I didn’t ask as I was ok with cold water (weather was hot).

Amazing value for money. Close to the beach and center. The owner is very kind and hospitable, taking care of everything you need and even going the extra mile to guarantee the best stay possible, recommended!

We have had such a lovely stay here! The rooms are spacious and has a very well equipped kitchen. Bathroom is big and has hot showers!
We had a gorgeous view of the river and it was so much fun spotting all the wildlife (we saw a mongoose!).
Location is excellent. Walking distance to beach clubs and the best surf lessons. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. Nothing is more than a 10 min walk. Tuktuks nearby so easy to get a ride to mirissa too.
Best part of this stay however is our host Sisira!! He is the kindest person and the best host. We were treated to the most delicious filling breakfasts every morning followed by a gorgeous platter of fruits and big bottles of drinking water then a fresh coconut!! It was insanely good and incredible value for money with the stay! Sisira is so lovely that when I had to miss breakfast (to go to a jewellery making class), he said he would make me lunch instead- SO kind.
