Overall we still enjoy ourselves and the apartment , it just felt like No privacy especially at night time as there was

Great location good size apartment

No Privacy as There Was No Blinds/Curtain in the Main living area including looking into the bedroom The Bath had chunks chipped out of it really bad Toilet leaking water all over bathroom No toilet lid Toilet door not on hinge can push open when door closed Aircon motor on balcony leaking water all over balcony stepped in it multiple times Bread board n some cupboards left dirty food residue Stove top elements kept turning off after a few minutes Broken lid on rubbish bin in kitchen No teaspoon for tea/coffee One bedside lamp not working

Staying here was a complete waste of money for me!

The apartment was a decent size, relatively modern and a good location.

- The aircon didn’t work when it was very hot & humid. - There was a huntsman spider in the bedroom & several huge cockroaches. - There was no hairdryer. - The weekend manager (Jason) was extremely rude and couldn’t have been more unhelpful. He said if I wanted to get the aircon fixed I might be charged a $400 call out fee if it was operator error which it clearly was not. When I asked if I could simply be switched to a different room where the aircon worked, he refused because “he’d have to pay to get a cleaner to clean the other room.” I paid over $1000 to stay here for 5 nights and I thought his attitude was disgraceful. He has zero customer service skills and zero regard for customers.
