Nice apartment but horrible agent

The location and layout of the apartment were great! We also loved the pool and other amenities

The apartment could have been cleaner, the verandah needed some attention, The aircon unit was also very old, no cool air, only fan setting, it gets really hot in the lounge room due to the positioning of the sun The agent was very unhelpful, they couldn’t give us a swipe key on the day of our check in, said they will give us one the next day, after multiple calls they kept stringing us along and saying it’s coming, but we ended up using the fire escape for the duration of our trip, We get it, sometimes things happen to swipes and it’s beyond their control, but they had a lack of empathy and no sense of urgency when offering a solution, Definitely would not stay with this provider again,

Only just Ok but standards at the property have dropped since last stay 2 years ago

Alot of crochroaches. Killed about 20 in a week which is why cleanliness was an issue. As they say you only see 1 in every 10. Also exposed wires near tv, no tv reception as not connected,drains on verandah blocked, Quality of cutler was poor, toaster was broken. Sauna didn't work and lack of planning around changing of security fobs.
