They are located close to the Peak 9 Base, only a seven minute walk to the QuickSilver and SuperChair, and less than a ten minute walk to the quaint shops and restaurants of historic downtown Breckenridge. There is a free shuttle stop right at the entrance to Village Point which will take you to the slopes, town or anywhere in Summit County. All Pinnacle properties are stocked with: • High-end bed linens and towels. • Kitchens - cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances. An initial supply of: • Paper Products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues) • Bathroom Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) • Detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) Special Notes: • Parking – 2 spaces total • 1 car garage • 1 outdoor space • AWD/4WD Vehicle – Recommended between November 1st & May 31st • No weddings, events or parties allowed. This unit is amazing for a family on a ski trip! Plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen is well stocked, and the private hot tub was amazing after a day on the mountain. I highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not have been more pleased with the rental home! Perfect location (you could walk to Main st or easy bus ride on Brown bus route). The house had everything we needed, plenty of space for 6 adults, commons areas with plenty of seating to eat together and play games. We had every kitchen item we needed and had our groceries delivered so we were set for our stay. The hot tub was great! Nice to have a private one for after skiing. Although we didn't have a vehicle, the garage was a great addition to put our skis and boots after our day was done. Absolutely great stay and home and thank you for letting us use it!

We had 2 adult couples & a teenager & all had their own room & bathroom. Layout is perfect. The video game machine is a huge hit for afternoon rain shower entertainment. Used the very well outfitted kitchen every day. Loved the garage for our bikes.

Great location and great communication from the manager. Spacious rooms, with a fun video game machine in the living room so suitable for many ages. Nice, supplied kitchen as well.

We had the best time staying at this property! The communication was terrific and complete. We didn’t have any questions at all with regard to the check in or checkout process. We loved the location. This is perfect for families looking for a getaway to ski. We had two families that stayed at the property and the layout was awesome. We would love to come back again. Thanks again for your hospitality!
