This property was amazing! So much room for our two families to enjoy being together - and to have room for some solitude as well. The property managers were responsive to our questions as they came up. The kitchen had what we needed to cook a few meals, including some basic spices and plenty of pots and pans and utensils. The two laundry rooms came in handy when both families wanted to do some cleaning up and packing. The five bathrooms meant no one ever had to wait to use one. The elevator was great - because each floor is huge with high ceilings and lots of stairs. The only real disappointment is that the gas firepit on the porch was disconnected, though I wouldn't be surprised if that was a mandate by the insurance company.

House and grounds were perfect for our Thanksgiving family get together. House had plenty of room for all of our different morning routines and plenty of eating area options for all of us to be together. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Granddaughter & kids loved the basement area with pool table and easy access to pool area. Plenty of TV’s to watch football! Definitely exceeded our expectations!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We and our two dogs had a fantastic stay at this spacious, comfortable house. The location was great for dog walking, visiting the beach, grocery shopping, going to church. To cool off, we enjoyed the good air conditioning and using the pool. Perhaps a future renovation will bring a screen around the pool? We had no problem getting takeout delivered. The local wildlife was all on display nearby...osprey, gopher tortoises, burrowing owls.

It provided a private location with amazing views of Barfield Bay and a clean and well-appointed space to call our own for a few weeks. Everything went so smoothly. Our reservation was taken care of very quickly, the check-in was simple and well communicated, the home was full of everything we needed - fresh towels, dish and laundry detergent, kitchen cleaning supplies, toilet paper, basic toiletries, maps, menus, numbers to call if you needed anything. We loved all the space inside and outside the home allowing us to work, watch tv, take ZOOM calls, make a meal, take a nap and not disturb each other during the work day. The bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry, living and kitchen are all well equipped. Just bring your swimsuit for the beautiful pool and you'll be all set for a vacation or work away from home trip. This property is close to dining, the beach, recreation facilities, church, and grocery shopping. It is just an overall great location. Renting with Edgewater Realty was a very positive experience.
