Right in the heart of Cannonborough-Elliottborough, this first-floor suite in a renovated 1885 Charleston single is the kind of place that feels immediately comfortable. Fresh, light-filled, and designed with a mid-century modern sensibility, it has everything you need and nothing that feels generic.
The Space:
The bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room has a sofa bed if you need the extra sleeping space. You'll have a full kitchen, a dedicated workspace, and all the extras — coffee, tea, beach towels, and bikes available to borrow. A private keypad entrance and one off-street parking space make coming and going easy. The front porch with a table and chairs is yours to enjoy, too.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is one of Charleston's best-kept secrets: walkable streets, indie restaurants and bars, local shops, and a grocery just steps away.
Getting Around:
We suggest riding bikes or walking to get around the city but you get always call an Uber or Lyft if you prefer. Charleston is a skinny peninsula and can feel cramped driving and parking but that is an option as well. Parking in Residential areas is limited to 2 hours on weekdays but there are Parking lots and garages all over. If parking more than one car, explore your options.

We are available to answer questions and help guests as best we can. We enjoy guests who are self sufficient and adventurous. We are close by if needed but we stay out of the way.

The host was fantastic. We were on the way to the property when we were advised the one we had reserved had a broken A/C. We were moved to the apartment above. Communication was fast and timely. The area was wonderful. Walmart delivery was easy. Great time.

Unit was very clean and cozy. Lighting needed some work as they were very dim. Location was convenient and it was easy to get to most of the attractions we came to see. Communication was top notch!

Very convenient to dining, shopping, museums and historic walks! We didn't start our car once during our stay; everything was walkable. The space was clean and beautiful. I really appreciated the cotton sheets, too (not synthetic).
