Boasting on-site, 18-hole golf and multiple dining options, the resort also features a host of other add-on amenity options including an 80,000 sf indoor waterpark, pools, and hot tub. Perfect for family vacation together or a shared getaway with friends, this vacation rental combines two separate suites each equipped for standalone living for guest privacy and comfort. A shared wall and lock-off door adjoins the two spaces allowing for flexible living arrangements. The two-bedroom offering comes equipped with a full kitchen and a unique open living area complete with a TV, fireplace, and jetted soaking tub. The second suite features a hotel style studio layout with a private balcony, smart TV, mini-fridge, and microwave. Home essentials include central air-conditioning and complimentary WiFi. Things to Know Guests cannot access the shared amenities the resort offers without the additional purchase of Chula Vista waterpark wristbands; this includes spa pool, water slides, hot tub, kids pool, and pools. Guests can only purchase these wristbands directly by accessing Chula Vista's website. Our rooms are priced accordingly to accommodate the lack of water passes. This property is managed by Vacasa Wisconsin LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. This unit was clean and very roomy. I would suggest a little updating. Possibly getting carpets cleaned. Overall what we needed for 5 adults and 6 children.

Beautiful rental with room for the whole family. We went to the Dells with four teens and would do it all again with this condo. We enjoyed that it was not crowded and we could quietly enjoy our evenings after a fun and busy day.
