You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families. Neighborhood Notes: Situated in San Diego's picturesque Pacific Beach, this home is the perfect place to enjoy all your favorite beach activities. Get ready for a classic boardwalk experience; over five miles of waterfront promenade will allow you uncover unique shops and restaurants while taking in Belmont Park – an amusement park with historic rides like 1925's Giant Dipper Roller Coaster as well as other attractions such rock-climbing walls and bumper cars. This home was perfect for our needs. It was spacious but still extremely cozy. The place was spotless and beautiful. Everything we needed was provided for. The area felt safe and was so conveniently located near the beach, grocery, cafes, bars and restaurants. The garage fit our 2 cars. We highly recommend this home.

This property was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for! It is right near a grocery store and a very short walk to the beach. Home is clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Garage easily fit our two cars. Am already planning on coming back soon!

This is an exceptionally appointed beach home right in the heart of Pacific Beach. You can walk to everything- coffee shops, restaurants, the beach, catamaran hotel! My family will be back.

We were overly impressed how clean the house was and how well stocked everything was. We have been going to San Diego for over 10 years and this was by far the best house we have stayed in. The communication with the property manager was quick. My daughter had roller skates delivered the first day and the cleaning people picked them up before we arrived. They returned them within an hour of arriving. Having 3 levels was perfect for children ranging from 9-26 with varying rest schedules. Thank you for the amazing week.

Property met our needs very well, claen, well stocked, 1/2 block from groceries, close to the beach. Had a lot of anxiousness due to a temporary wheelchair situation, Christy was so helpful and responsive. Turns out neither entrance is wheelchair accessible! But once you make it inside, the floor plan works well.

The fireplace on the roof didn’t work. Also, the sliding doors in the first floor bathroom are terribly noisy. There was no shampoo in the showers. There was something in each bottle but definitely not as labeled.

The place was amazing. Patio rooftop, indoor/outdoor living room, 3 minute walk from the beach. Couldn’t have been a better location. Also right next to the grocery store. Would stay here again 100%.

We stayed here for a girls trip and it was such a great setup. Not only was the proximity to everything (bars, restaurants, beach, activities) perfect and a literal stone’s throw, the house itself is SO nice. Everything was incredibly clean, brand new, spacious and worked well. We enjoyed having the rooftop and other outdoor spaces. Plus the indoor/outdoor livingroom concept was great too. Beds were super comfy.
Only very minor things that could use improvement: shower pressure was pretty low, but we never ran out of hot water so that was great. There weren’t any shot glasses, plastic wrap, and Tupperware was very few and far between but we bought all of these and left for the next person. Couldn’t get the rooftop fireplace to turn on even following instructions, but it wasn’t cold so it was all good.
Would definitely recommend staying here and we’ll be back! Thank you!!

A wonderful house for entertaining. Plenty of space for multiple families, we enjoyed everyone having their own room with such a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Extra amenities (beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, laundry soap) were a nice touch. Can’t wait to stay here again!

The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen was well-stocked with lots of dishes, silverware, pots and pans, toaster, pretty much everything we needed to cook at home. The house appears to be newly updated, with newer finishes, fluffy towels, full and fresh bed linens, comforters, rugs, etc. Be aware that the downstairs and 3rd floor bedrooms have no closet or armoire to put your clothes…grandma and son had to live out of their suitcases. We felt safe in the neighborhood and people obeyed the quiet times. As a bonus, the grocery store is walking-distance and very handy! Overall a lovely stay in a lovely house.

Love this home! We rented it for a much needed staycation during WFH times. There were just four of us in the home (2 couples) but the extra bedrooms were helpful for office spaces. Beds were SO comfy and kitchen had everything we need plus more.

Unfortunately, the tankless water heater was wasteful of water and did not provide warm water within a reasonable amount of time. We called the service manager that evening to voice our concern about the tankless heater. The other thing I did not appreciate is that the garage is somewhat open and not fully enclosed. I vote for finding a better water heater solution! Thank you for letting us stay in your vacation rental we would like to continue to rent from you in the future but would appreciate something more conducive to our preferences. Please know the house itself was fantastic and such a wonderful location! Again, the lack of warm water within a reasonable amount of time and the garage were undesirable.

Our family absolutely loved this place. So close to everything......beach, grocery shopping, restaurants. Plus, the house was beautiful! Nice furnishings, comfy beds, super clean.
There was also a basket full of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs and toys/boogie boards. Everything you needed for the easy block and a half walk to the ocean. Couldn't have asked for a better home. We will definitely be back.

You just cannot beat the location. The beach was a 5 minute walk! The property was very clean, but not well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. The dishwasher was leaking and the lights in some of the bedrooms were not working. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Impressed upon arrival! The home is fresh and updated. The location was near everything- Ralph's grocery store, bike and surfboard rental shops, and many restaurants! The communication from the management company was prompt, and friendly. I especially loved the 3rd floor patio and fireplace at night! We will be back in the summer!

Place just as advertised and even nicer in person. My standards are high and this home exceeded my expectations in every way! The open space in the kitchen allows for mingling while cooking, which I love. I was worried the location would be to far from the beach for the kids, and was surprised of the convenient location. The ground floor bedroom was perfect for my Grandmother which has difficulties with stairs. I would recommend this home to friends. Great experience!
