We loved our stay! The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking, which my daughter in Diver’s Institute of Technology program quite enjoyed! Very close, safe and walkable area. Great view of Seattle downtown, beautiful balcony to watch the sunrise. Hopefully we can stay again.

Plenty of room. Just a little challenge parking in a small garage. We walked off and close enough to be able to walk to downtown, which we did often

Our stay here was great. There was nothing we needed in the kitchen that wasn't there. Also, plenty of paper products, soaps, shampoo available which is not always the case. Location was great. We felt safe at all times. There were plenty of local restaurants so no need to go into the actual city for dinner. Most notable was a place called Bizzarro. Parking in the garage is a bit tricky as noted, but definitely doable. We had a Toyota Corolla and did fine. I would recommend a stay here.

The property itself is in a great location and has an interesting 3 level layout that worked well for our family. However, the property was not as advertised and had a few glaring issues that the property manager refused to accept responsibility for and instead tried to turn back on us. 1) Stained carpet, torn back door screen 2) Weedy, overgrown backyard with debris and rusty tools lying around, which made it unusable 3) VERY challenging parking situation that was not honestly disclosed at the time of booking. The listing has since been updated but it still downplays the challenge of street parking. Overnight parking on Albion Place is prohibited unless you have a parking permit, which most guests will not have. We had to walk 4 blocks away to find parking overnight that did not require a permit. Not great for a family with small children that was counting on parking. 4) After I politely raised these issues, the property manager reviewed the ring doorbell footage from our stay and falsely claimed that we had more than the stated number of guests. My kids’ grandparents (who we came to Seattle to visit) came over on our first night to kindly drop off takeout and groceries for us and maybe stayed for a total of 2 hours. For that they threatened to charge me an extra $500. The property itself was fine and suited our needs, but dealing with the property managers was so awful, I’d stay far far away from this listing.

Management/owner was quick to respond to problems/issues. Nice kitchen & bathrooms Comfortable beds/mattresses, but it would have been nice if the appropriate sized sheets were on the bed on top level (king sheets on queen mattress). Plan to arrive during daylight hours, as finding this place was not easy. It took multiple loops around the block to finally locate, finally finding it off the alley. Access to unit & garage is via very steep & narrow driveway. Street parking is non-existent — you have a better chance of winning the lottery than finding a nearby parking spot. Air conditioning consists of free-standing Black & Decker units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms & main living room. Bedroom on top floor does NOT have air conditioning, just a box fan & window. Carpeting stained & dirty looking throughout. Back patio looks so sad & neglected w/overgrown weeds-not someplace we wanted to spend time in. Front door area could be more welcoming if dead leaves were swept away & a colorful doormat used. Upper deck w/beautiful waterfront & Mt. Rainier views, but both chairs there were broken. Located in an urban, densely populated neighborhood (translation-noisy), but was very walkable to restaurants, brewery, Lake Union, Gas Works park, and the Fremont Troll. I wish I had cross referenced to other rental website and checked the reviews posted there as they are accurate. Overall 2.5 stars

Amenities, space and views were as advertised. Only wish patio with grill got some TLC - the weeds were taller than me! And that net thing on the door is torn and tattered - it’s not going to keep anything out. We really enjoyed the townhouse and loved the Fremont location and how close it was to restaurants and harbor. Perfect!
