Good facilities & free parking, clean & quiet and the location was good for NEC

There was a bit of difficulty in the instructions of getting to the property and this could be improved upon but host very helpful when phoned for assistance

I was staying with my sister and she had the double bed in the bedroom - The airbed I was using in the living room started to deflate - so ended up sleeping on the sofa instead.

Apartment ideal for 2 not 4 people, blow up mattress wasn't expected so we wouldn't of booked if kn.

Good location for our wkend. Nice apartment. Good to have cooking facilities. Cleaner was still at property and was very helpful to us as we expected a bed setee, she rang owner & prepped blow up bed for us. Would use again for 2 people, never for 4 people, as blow up bed not acceptable, difficult to use and store.

Wasnt ready at check in time, didn't find keys in lock box. We booked for 4 people. It wasn't stated that 2 people had to sleep on blow up mattress. We only discovered this by asking cleaner who was still at property. Cleaner wasn't informed that 4 of us were staying. Mattress took up all lounge space. Kitchen didn't have enough wine glasses and mugs for 4 people.

Spacious and easy for transport and great high street and park nearby. Recommendede

spacious . close to town centre.

some leakage in the boiler system. not so much affect normal life but need a bit time to communicate with management. The fudge was off at the beginning.XOXO. Difficulty in finding the power button.XX

Great apartment

Modern ground floor apartment with spacious kitchen diner. Nice bathroom with bath. Host was very quick to respond to our request for extra towels. Parking right outside. Solihull station is just a few minuets walk away with fast trains to city centre. Would stay again

Check in was 3pm we arrived at 4pm to be told our room was still not ready. We had to sit in the car in 29 degree heat with 2 children untill our room was ready which was not untill 17:40. Absolute shambles. They are lucky I paid as I was not going to as we were only having the room until our flight at birm

Disappointing - Nice from far but far from nice!

Good Location and Free Parking

On Arrival we noticed there was an Alarm in the hallway that rang continuously for 1 full day (and night!). The place was covered in dust, the bedding was heavily bobbled and came with hair! The handwash was watered down and dare i mention the condition on the underside of the toilet seat. Unfortunately a place with potential but a really bad example of a remote host that cannot attend to your needs or see the condition the flat is in. For a ground Floor Flat the lack voile/window netting gives you very little privacy and also the curtains are not black-out so good luck sleeping in. In all honesty you're best off booking TL across the road as its definitely not value for money.

Excellent for a short stay and very handy for Solihull centre and the station

Finished to a high standard. Very well appointed, clean and fresh

Ground floor so does need net curtains or blinds at the windows

Flat is just like the picture. I can't believe how cheap it was. Property was very quiet and managed to sleep without issues. Plenty of parking around the property. Good communication from host. Everything is new and all basic amenities available. Location is 6 minutes drive from all the good restaurants and breakfast bars. Definitely will stay again.

Apartment was lovely but I’m not sure that it had been cleaned since the other guest left there was

It had still food which was off in the fridge the bin hadn’t been emptied and a half full bottle of wine sitting on the table in don’t think anyone clean d it after the previous guest
