Room is spacious and clean. The surrounding is quiet. Our hosts are young couples, sweet and attentive. They packed a breakfast box on the morning we left earlier to catch the bus. We ate twice in the restaurant and each time exceeded our expectations. The property is in Habkern. It is accessible by bus 106 from Interlaken and stop at Post. And from there, only a few steps to the property. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful.

An attractive hotel in this romantic, quiet alpine village. We approached from the car park side and puzzled over where to enter the hotel. We were welcomed by a staff member who showed us our room, and told us the details of the stay. This was one of the best and warmest welcomes I have ever received in any hotel - really lovely.. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast were both good.
At the time we stayed, there was a problem with flies in the indoor restaurant.

We arrived late by motorcycle. Despite the kitchen due to close within ten minutes of our late arrival they still kindly fed us! Such friendly attention & greetings from Christian, Karina & the ever good humoured Corinne made our stay even better!
Bathroon is a bit 1970..... but (for Switzerland) the price is reasonable so we could overlook this "period" feature :-)
