Very clean, modest but accommodating, a great value and great location!

Modest facility, rooms small, but exceptionally clean! The staff was super friendly! It was clear the owners had very much pride in their establishment, sheets and bathrooms meticulously clean, friendly, great value. Staff called to alert us to a left item, very kind! Located a short car ride from downtown, refrigerators handy!

Rooms were a bit small, but we didn’t spend much time there, worked perfect for an overnight on our travels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable, if basic. All I needed for a single night stay at a good price.

I just needed a bed close to Bobcaygeon for one night and it was perfect for that. The room was very small and basic, and some would be disappointed but it fit my needs perfectly. It was clean, redecorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The thermostat was very accessible to adjust the heat.

My door did not have a chain lock, which is always a consideration for a woman traveling alone, but I just moved the chair and my suitcase in front of the locked door. It was quiet and I felt quite safe and slept well. The bathroom could use a second towel bar and/or some hooks, but I was alone so it was OK. The boiler must be quite distant as it took a LONG time to get any warm water, but eventually I was able to shower and the tub was clean and safe.

Only chose this property for the close proximity to the Bobcaygeon Curling Club, however amenities should be upgraded as

Close proximity to the Bobcaygeon Curling Club. Refrigerator in room, comfortable beds.

Strong scent of soap or fabric softener in towels and bedding. This caused me to have breathing issues which cleared up after leaving the property after washing all of my clothing that had been in contact with the bedding.
