We really enjoyed our stay at the Princess Motel.
The room was clean and very spacious, and had two comfortable queen-size beds and enough counter space for our luggage. All the appliances were new and worked well. A nice surprise was that a continental breakfast was included!
The location was great: right around the corner from the flagship Kawartha Dairy, and just a short walk from the Kawartha Settlers' Village and from Trent-Severn Waterway Lock 32 and the downtown area.
We can recommend this motel and will definitely stay again!

Close to downtown only a 3 minute walk to the locks. Room accommodated our mobility scooter. Our dog was comfortable in the plush lounger in the corner of the room and parking lot was spacious enough that I could load and unload our scooter in front of our room.
Was a little light on breakfast menu but breakfast was a bonus not imperative to our booking decision. No hair dryer was really the only criticism my spouse mentioned.
