Disappointing start to the holiday.

Location was good and once the pool and garden were cleaned so that we could use them we enjoyed our stay

On arrival the garden and pool has not been cleaned. We were unable to use the pool for 2 out of our 5 days holiday. We also had to cheat the outside seating area before use as it was filthy.

8 / 10

We had a great holiday

Location was great. Villa was clean and comfortable, pool and views were lovely. Villa was a little bit dated but good value for money

Decor slightly dated

4 / 10

The villa smells of damp and drains.

The villa was clean and had good sun loungers.

We had been sent the incorrect code for the key box so had to ring the UK for the correct code. The villa is in need of a refresh. So much so I emailed VillaPlus as I was so concerned about other families spending money on staying there. There were two main problems which stood out. One was the pervading smell of damp, in some parts the damp actually has changed the appearance on closet doors, and the other was unusable parts of the property which smelled strongly of drains. It was disappointing to say the least.
