Very well located for a mall and transportation. Great art deco interior
No fan, no air conditioning. In a heat wave, not so pleasant and the humidifier/cooler did nothing really

Ideal location. People who work in the hotel are very nice and helpful. From this location, it is easy to visit everything in Vienna.

Great location for visiting the centre. We asked for the champagne included and in less than 3 minutes it arrived.
When we arrived the receptionist was cold, a young guy who seemed like he did not want to be there. We also saw some sheets that were just lying on the floor.

Very friendly staff, great central location, ability to get a street parking pass, clean
Smells like old standing smoked-in rooms (which if the window is closed the sheets, shower curtain, and towels also smell.) The window cannot be opened much though because the trains run constantly all day and night (like every minute) and the tracks are obviously in need of repair - because the extremely loud screeching metal on metal prevents any sleep. Good point is that the windows are new and keep 90% of the noise out when closed. But then the scent takes over….
A pity overall as the location is great and the staff surely doing their best to make guests feel welcomed.
